QUIRKS/FUN FACTS What's a super quirky thing or fun fact?


Born in Alberta to a Canadian father and Korean mother, Amelia grew up with a love for adventure. From an early age her parents took her on numerous trips in and around the country, exposing her to all kinds of different sports and activities. In particular, she developed a fierce love for horses. But while her friends were learning to jump or run barrels, Amelia wanted to learn stunt riding, mounted archery, or anything else she deemed to be a thrill. Her parents reluctantly supported her, buying her first a pony and then a small horse once she had outgrown the pony.

After graduating high school, Amelia decided to take a break from riding and adventures to focus on going to college. While there, her roommate and her became the best of friends. Her roommate would regal Amelia with stories about their hometown: how it was a horse friendly place where dreams could be realized. Amelia soon decided that after college was over, she needed to move there. She sorely missed riding and could use a fresh start. And so she did, catching the first flight to Breckenwood along with her roommate.
